Serving up a delicious Indian treat the Kati Roll Company is part of a successful chain in the USA that has recently launched in Soho London. For those not in the know a Kati (pronounced Karti) is an Indian flatbread which is heated on a griddle then brushed with egg to form a thin omelet, this is then wrapped around various fillings such as chicken tikka, beef, cheese, lamb or spicy potatoes then toped off with red onion slices, chopped coriander, chutney and seasoned with lime juice and Kati secret sauces. The food is a cheap treat as each roll is between £2.75 and £4. Hungry? Have two which will fill you up as a meal.
